Multi-layered bouquet of black licorice, thyme and marmalade that will continue to evolve as the wine ages. A fully dry and crisp palate lace intricately with the round structure imparted from the extended lees contact while oak ageing. A generous finish
of charred lemons and rich cream.
  It was aged on original lees in neutral oak for 10 months. The wine completed full malolactic fermentation. Bottled unfiltered with minimal sulphur.
