Hand picked from the Hughes Vineyard in Lincoln Lakeshore and whole cluster pressed. Wild ferment in two neutral French oak barrels. An example on non-interventionist winemaking, the wine was racked only once after fermentation. In barrel for two months, this wine expresses a very rich and full palate with ripe passion fruit and harvest ready peaches. Aromatic, beautiful, full palate. Only 45 cases made.
