Being a new vineyard this fruit was destemmed and then inoculated with a yeast strain selected to extract pure fruit. After pressing the wine was settled and put to old oak barrels where it aged for 17 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.-A pure example of the Wingfield Vineyard. Subtle vanilla, pure raspberry and a slight aromatic of beetroot. A smooth tannin structure on a full bodied palate.
