The fruit for this skin-ferment Gewürztraminer was hand-harvested and destemmed into stainless steel tanks then wild-fermented on skins using no temperature control. Punch-downs optimize extraction from the skins. Pressed after 16 days.
A tangy bouquet of limone from freshly-peeled oranges woven with delicate rose blossoms. The palate is layered with citrus fruit ending with an extra dry finish (5.3g/L residual) that carries waves of apricot and orange.
