Brix (at harvest)
A blend of Viognier, Chardonnay and Riesling fermented using natural yeast and bottled just as the wine reached dryness. No filtration and sulphur leavning the wine with a slight spritz. A nouveau style wine that is meant to be consumed early in its life, embracing the youthfulness of the flavours.
Delicate and sweet floral aromatics on the nose. A slight spritz on the palate with flavours of honeysuckle and apricots, finishing with tart tonic-like bitters.
