A chillable red from a late vintage. Hand harvested from our estate vineyard middle of October (five weeks later than in 2018). Fermented naturally, one-third thereof using carbonic maceration. Aged in neutral oak barrels for 12 months before being bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulphur.
An alluring nose of candied cherry, red licorice, and cinnamon. On the palate soft tannins, a very bright, smooth palate and medium acidity that carries the flavour through to the finish.
