Hand harvested from the Grimsby Hillside Vineyard on October 8th, 2021. Fermented whole cluster under a blanket of carbon dioxide for 10 days before being pressed. Finished fermentation on skins, this wine settled without the use of temperature control and was racked with a small addition of juice to create a light fleeting spritz. Zero adds. Wild Ferment. Unfiltered.
Like stepping out on a hot and humid summer day. This wine showcases uber-ripe tropical fruit aromatics. Soft mango and tangy passion fruit blend together with lemon and rose petal. On the palate medium acidity and a soft finish.
