A superb balance of Muscat and Riesling. Über flavourful Muscat grapes harvest from the Niagara region are blended with über acid-forward Riesling grapes from our vineyard. Pressed whole cluster and fermented naturally under temperature control to maintain fruitiness.
Sweet citrus blossom nose. Notes of syrup drenched passion fruit, cantaloupe, yuzu and marmalade. This wine is delightfully light from start to finish. Light and fruity — this is a still wine with faint sense of bubbles on the palate; the product of a second ferment still waiting to happen. Like dancing on a little fluffy cloud — possibly:)
