The Gewürztraminer was fermented carbonically, while the Viognier was pressed whole cluster. Cabernet Franc from 2021 was blended in to this wine to create depth and balance. Filled with plenty of challenges in the summer — lots of rain, high humidity and lots of heat. In September, the season flipped on its head and we were given the most beautiful ripening season. Grapes showed amazing concentration of flavour and great retention of acidity. The best!\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003eBright sour cherry candies with tart citrus notes on the nose. On the palate this wine has light herbaceous flavours interlaced with sweet grape popsicles.
