This is another project we are happy to come see to fruition! Charlotte curated an epic lunch for us a few years back and we know her to be tenacious with a passion for, fresh, tasty and authentic. From watching fishmongers unpack their daily catches in PEI, to perfecting her clam chowder, seafood has long been a part of Chef Charlotte’s life.
These made and canned-at-souce conservas come in three varieties: MSC certified wild lobster in butter and cold pressed sunflower oil, Ontario rainbow trout preserved with dill and our organic mussels in tomato, fennel and smoked paprika.
