A juicy co-ferment of reds and whites! Serve chilled and enjoy!
An eclectic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (35%), Cabernet Franc (25%), Muscat (20%) and Riesling (20%). The Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Riesling were hand harvested and fermented whole cluster prior to pressing. Aged in neutral barrels for 10 months. Muscat was fermented on its skins, pressed and aged in stainless steel. Racked out of barrel and blended. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Dusty raspberries, maraschino cherry, citronella and sweet grass. This wine has a zippy palate balanced with stem and skin tannin. Juicy red berries, a hint of peach and a slice of lemon on the palate. Best served cold in a park.
