Returns
We stand behind everything we make.
All our wines are low-intervention and unfiltered. That means they reflect each vintage and so one vintage can be quite different from the next. Wines are also living things and so will continue to evolve in bottle and change over time. This is normal.

From time to time, though it is possible a bottle is faulted — a closure did not go on correctly or the bottle got damaged in some way. Naturally, we are happy to exchange any such bottles.

Online Orders

If you ordered an item online, please contact us here and we will send you a waybill for the item return as well as send you a replacement.

In-Store Exchanges

Should you wish to return an item, they can be returned to our winery store at 416 Benway Road, Hillier ON K0K 2J0 during regular store hours. If you require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@trailestate.com
