Despite being from a cooler year, this is a very rich example of the Foxcroft vineyard. Showing ripe notes of peaches, melon and beeswax overtop of a full and velvety palate.
Pressed and cold settled before starting a natural fermentation. Put to barrel when sugars were half depleted. All French oak used, 35% new, 50% 3rd fill and 15% neutral. Completed full natural malolactic fermentation before coming out of barrel after 10 months ageing.
