Hand harvested fruit was destemmed and put to cylindrical tanks where the control of skin to juice ratio could be minimized. Fermented naturally and punched down twice daily before being pressed and put directly to neutral oak barrels. On the skins for 13 days. This wine aged in barrels for 11 months before being bottled with a minimal amount of sulphur, unfined and unfiltered. 

This wine always exhibits intense aromatics of orange and lemon zest. The 2020 has a faintly floral note like rose petals as they are drying. The palate is light with bright acidity and mild tannins that leave you with a dry finish.
