Pét Nat predates Champagne by almost a couple centuries! While the two styles can blur, it’s generally considered that Pét Nat be made along much more natural lines as well — so no commercial yeasts, filters, fining agents or other ‘aids’.
Bottled mid-ferment, Pét Nat keeps all the natural pro-biotics in bottle, and is generally lower in alcohol. Expect some cloudiness and always open a bottle well-chilled!

“This pét-nat is a riot of purple haze fruit, and and brilliantly chaotic. An interesting nose of savoury wild blackberries, anise, cherry cola, black raspberries, and minty herbs.
