Seasonal Winery Retail Staff

We are looking for part-time or seasonal winery retail staff.

This position is primarily retail (70%) but some cellar or vineyard work (30%) is required, so this role is multi-faceted.

• Support Retail Sales/FOH
• Position is ideal for those looking for roughly 30-40hrs/wk over course of this summer
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Contribute positively to team; lead by example
• Familiarity with current wine trends is ideal but not essential
• Applicant must possess an interest in wine and/or farming and have the ability to explain wines and processes to guests
• Strong interpersonal skills; loves to engage with guests; drive sales
• Applicant must be ready to work weekends
• Ability to work independently as well as part of team
• Occasional vineyard and cellar work IS required; assist in other winery duties as required
• Familiarity/comfort with POS systems, google docs, etc

• Maintain a safe and spotless environment
• Be smart serve certified
• Be able to lift 50 lbs; be able to stand long hours
• Prior hospitality experience (or have transferable skills)
