White wine for white meat? It need not always be.

Over the past couple weeks - and especially so at TASTE last weekend - we've had quite a few people suggest our rosé would be a great food wine for Thanksgiving.

Our 2013 100% Pinot Noir Rosé is quite refreshing in its own right, and has lots of acidity to be a great food wine. It has loads of flavours we associate with the season - berries, honey, etc., all wrapped in a classy, clean-drinking style that, we would go so far to say, poultry and cranberries were made for.

“…Strawberry and raspberry…with loads of acidity…finishes crisp with a lengthy rhubarb and currant note.”

“…Medium to fullbodied. Mouth freshening acidity on the finish. A good food wine. 88+
